Andrei is a visionary entrepreneur who has successfully anticipated the needs of the Romanian business environment and managed to set new standards in business success as the founder of all Impetum Group firms: CITR, ROCA  ROCA X and Agista. The vast business experience of over 20 years and the substantial contribution to the development of the Romanian entrepreneurial ecosystem brought him the community recognition by being ranked in the top 10 most successful young CEOs in Romania, top 100 Romanian businessmen, # 1 crisis manager and one of the opinion leaders of his generation.

Andrei is also an active philanthropist inspired by the belief that chance in Romania will be brought through education. Thus, Andrei actively supports the Romanian educational environment and is part of the Board of Advisors of the Transylvania College.
