Anca is an expert in financial and risk management with over 15 years of experience in finance & banking and background in economics and business administration. Her banking experience was amplified by 3 years of Capital Market experience and 2 years as COO and member of the ROCA Investments’ board where she supervised the operations of the ROCA’s portfolio companies.

Anca has both the capacity to analyse complex business structures in-detail and the ability to evaluate risks in the context of the evolution of macroeconomic trends and in accordance with market dynamics. Hence Anca has the vision needed to anticipate the impact of every decision taken at any point in the investment chain.
